Returns are accepted only on items damaged during shipping. Please contact me within 24 hours of your order being marked as “delivered” by USPS to complete a return.
If another issue arises with your order, you must also contact me within 24 hours of your order being marked as “delivered” by USPS.
Any shipping issues must be taken up with USPS, as I am no longer able to help once your order is in their hands.
Returns/refunds cannot be processed for any preferential issues.
